Refund Policy
Housing Problem Solvers Company has a no-refund policy. We began work after immediately our initial consultation, receipt of payment, and contract. We do all the work. We prescreen all properties. We provide properties to the client. We also provide all property contact to the client. Then we schedule appointments per the clients request.

No Refunds policy
Housing Problem Solvers Company is a housing service provider. We require potential clients to view our posted contract prior to payment. We began work immediately after payment and the contract is signed.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement. The written statement must be sent via email, U.S. Mail or fax.

Gifts:
If the services contract is marked as a gift when purchased it will be emailed to the purchaser. The purchaser must identify the recipient in writing to Housing Problem Solvers Company.
