*Renter's Exit Collection Service
*Full payment collected with the agreement
*Housing Problem Solvers Company charges a 20 percent collection fee
*Non-Paying Renter's new address details provided to the property manager
**Non-Payer MUST have income
**Each family must relocate to the same location
